This policy applies to timeoffplan.co.uk and timeoffplan.com. It explains what the planner stores, what our hosting provider may process, and the choices available to you.

Your plan

Your allowance, booked dates, work pattern and holiday changes are stored in your browser's local storage. Time Off Plan does not send that planner data to our server or require an account.

If you create a share link, a copy of the plan is encoded into the link. Anyone you give that link to can open the shared plan, so treat it as you would any other information you choose to share.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare hosts and protects the sites. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

Advertising

Time Off Plan does not show advertising and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Clear this site's local storage in your browser to remove the plan saved on that device.
• Use browser controls to block or delete site storage. Blocking storage may affect saved plans.
