This policy applies to timeoffplan.co.uk and timeoffplan.com. It explains what the planner stores, what our hosting and advertising providers may process, and the choices available to you.
Your plan
Your allowance, booked dates, work pattern and holiday changes are stored in your browser's local storage. Time Off Plan does not send that planner data to our server or require an account.
If you create a share link, a copy of the plan is encoded into the link. Anyone you give that link to can open the shared plan, so treat it as you would any other information you choose to share.
Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare hosts and protects the sites. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver the service and prevent abuse.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to fund the service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to show personalised ads where you have consented.
Where required, Google's certified consent platform asks for and records your advertising choices before personalised advertising is used. Depending on your location and choices, Google may instead show non-personalised or limited ads.
You can review or withdraw your choices through the privacy and cookie settings control below. You can also control personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data on sites that use Google services.
Your choices
- Use the privacy and cookie settings link to change advertising consent or opt-out choices available in your region.
- Clear this site's local storage in your browser to remove the plan saved on that device.
- Use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking some storage may affect saved plans or advertising preferences.
